About Us

Adult Basic Education Association ABEA began in 1983 and was incorporated as a charitable organization in 1986. We are a Governance organization with six directors. Our moral ownership consists of adults and agencies interested in receiving or providing basic education. The ABEA exists to improve the quality of life in the community of Hamilton through the promotion and support of lifelong learning.
